Depending on hair length, thickness, texture or all, additional fees will apply.

All services and products are final sale.No refunds are given.An even, exact,same item exchange is allowed for defective products with receipt within 7 days.

Any service redo/adjustments are to address results due to the stylist, not the client.

There is no "cooling off" (leaving, then changing your mind) for services/products. Once any services/products are purchased, all is considered final sale.If other services/products are requested, full payment is required.

There's no warranty/guarantee given on services or products.Once a service is rendered, or a product is purchased, it's the clients responsibility to upkeep their services and to follow directions for products purchased.

Only people that are receiving services are allowed in the salon.

No children are allowed in the salon.

No disrespect, bullying, physical/verbal threats, behaviors or encounters will be tolerated.
