Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • All services must be cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours(exactly), no exceptions.

  • You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of service price for late cancellations, 100% of service price for no shows, and the fee isn't transferable to any other service/product.

  • If your cancellation is within an hour of your session, it will be considered a no show, and fees will apply.

  • Deposits are required for future services for same day cancellations.

  • Clients who repeatedly(more than once) violate policies aren't allowed to rebook any service.

  • If there is a no show, no call, there is no rebooking for any service.

  • This establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
